Terms & Conditions Gardens of Guidance

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gardens of Guidance  program. By enrolling, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Membership

Memberships in the Gardens of Guidance begin on the first of the month and end at the last day of the month. It renews automatically every month, unless you cancel in writing to the support email address.
There are discounts available for commitment periods and for paying the yearly amount in full.

2. Times of Service

The year in the Gardens of Guidance starts on December 1st and ends on November 30th.

There are no active evening calls in the months of July and August.

 

The Gardens of Guidance go on full Holiday break from December 21st until the beginning of the following calendar year.

3. Cancellations & Termination

Cancellations of a Program must be submitted in writing (email accepted) at least one (1) week before the end of the current billing month.
 

Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe will result in billing for the following month.

4. Payment & Confirmation

 

Monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month and must be confirmed by sending proof of payment to the designated support email address by the 5th of each month.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Any personal data shared by the Client will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR for EU/EEA residents).

6. No Refunds for Partial Months

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced, regardless of the extent of the Clients participation.

7. Force Majeure
 

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., illness, natural disasters, technical outages).

8. Governing Law & Liability

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts at the provider’s place of business.

 

Maartje Kreuzen, through the Gardens of Guidance, offers insights and advice based on energy readings of collective vibrations. However, you are asked to use your own discernment in your life's choices as you ultimately remain 100% responsible for your own choices. Maartje Kreuzen cannot be held liable nor responsible for any and/or all damages occurred during your membership.

9. Modifications

The provider reserves the right to update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued participation in a Program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
